How Does Google Panda Affect You?

What does the Google Panda update mean for you? How has it already affected your website(s)? If it works like I think it’s supposed to, it sounds like a great thing for Google search users, weeding out content farms and spam. The most interesting part I find is how social sharing and “likes” or “pluses” can now impact your site.
